- How to use 1. Dilute with 5% water and mix the product well before use. On very porous surfaces dilute the first layer to 10-20%. 2. Removes old paint with poor adhesion from the surface to be treated. 3. Cleans the surface by removing dust, mould and other dirt 4. On weak or powdery surfaces, print with Water Fixer ref. 3332 before painting
