• Intelligent water alarm – the Alpina Smart Home water alarm warns you as soon as a leak occurs, so you can act immediately. This is not superfluous luxury, because water damage and inconvenience can often cause great damage if you interact too late.
• Alpina Smart Home App - When the Alpina Smart Home water detector detects a leak, e.g. in the dishwasher or in the washing machine, it can send an alarm or push notification to your phone. This is done via the special Alpina Smart Home app, which you can download for Android and Apple from the Google Play Store and the App Store.
• Easy installation – To connect the Zigbee water detector to the Alpina Smart Home app, select the option "Add bottom device" in the app. Press and hold the reset button on the sensor for at least 5 seconds until the indicator light is on. Once the installation is complete, you can start the sensor.
• IP66 water resistant: the Alpina Smart Home water detector has an IP66 certification. This means that the leak detector is waterproof against rain and water waves. This means you can place it near water sources without affecting the performance of the sensor.
• Zigbee Gateway – Within the Alpina Smart Home range, different products can be connected to each other. Think of the window or door sensor, the climate sensor, the motion alarm and the vibration sensor. All this is done via the separately available Zigbee gateway. With this Zigbee gateway, you can connect up to 50 different Alpina Smart Home devices to allow them to communicate with each other.
