After fitting, discard the first two filtered jugs to flush the system. Slow or no flow is caused by trapped air and requires re-activation. For compatible jugs (above), the included Compatibility Key is required for a secure fit; a firm push or slight twist is sometimes necessary to fully seat the filter or key. If it doesn't fit the first time or becomes loose, repeat.
