• Weatherproof: OVERTURE ASA UV filament has all the properties of 3D filament ABS with additional functions that are weatherproof. Our ASA is UV resistant and resistant to stress corrosion cracks. OVERTURE ASA can be used for outdoor applications such as RC planes or outdoor car accessories.
• High heat resistance and mechanical properties: OVERTURE ASA can withstand temperatures up to 100˚C (212°F) and have high toughness and impact resistance for functional applications. (Same features as 3D printer filament ABS)
• Matte surface: OVERTURE 3D filament ASA with a very special matte surface that makes the final product look very smooth and of high quality. (Matter than traditional 3D ABS filament) - Note: turn off the fan for better mechanical properties, turn it on at 30% to achieve higher print quality.
• Print settings: nozzle: 250˚C; bed: 90˚C; speed: 50mm/s (the settings can be adjusted according to the 3D printer. You can refer to the settings for the 3D printer ABS 1.75 mm filament.) To print large parts without warping, we recommend using a closed printer to maintain a warm environment around the print. The use of build can help with the adhesion of the bed.
